Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
✅ The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
✅ The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
✅ The product was damaged or defective upon arrival (must provide photo/video proof).
Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Any opened or used vape products (for health and safety reasons).
❌ Products purchased during a final sale or promotional event (unless defective).
Refunds
If your return is approved:
🔹 You will receive a store credit or exchange (preferred).
🔹 Refunds to the original payment method may take 5-10 business days to process.
🔹 Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a wrong or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email] with:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will either replace the item or issue a refund/store credit.
How to Initiate a Return

- Ship the item back to us (customer pays return shipping unless the error was ours).

No Refunds for Discretionary Reasons
